The movements are functional, in other words, they are fundamental to all things kids need to do when they play. Things they do almost every day; run, jump, pull, push, throw, climb & lift. Our program uses a combination of skill practice, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning in children. Our classes include elements of gymnastics, strength training, and plyometrics. All movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of a coach.
