Soul Soothing Yoga
In this gentle yoga class we will use breath work, meditation, slow movement and restorative poses to calm body, mind and spirit. This class can be done seated in a chair or on a mat. You may want to have a blanket, blocks, yoga mat, bolster or pillow. It's helpful to be near a wall or a chair/couch for some of the poses.
Morning Movement and Yin
In this class we will start with movement to wake up the body and end our class with Yin postures to promote stillness.
Move Your Grief - Open to Possibility
Yoga is a powerful tool to help move emotions and clear space in the body and the mind. Sometimes we get stuck in our sadness and forget that we have the power within to move through our pain towards healing. In this one hour class we will explore where we hold emotions, acknowledge them and then move gently to release these emotions creating space for possibility. 6:00 - 7:00 pm ET.

Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness in both mind and body. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, for slow release and nourishment to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the goal to increase circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
