Our Express Contrast Therapy is designed for efficiency, allowing you to reap the rewards of hot and cold therapy within a mere 30 minutes.

Please observe the following protocol:
- Commence with sauna, followed by shower, and cap it off with a 3-minute Ice Bath
- Swimwear is compulsory in the Ice Bath + BYO Towel or $4 hire fee
- Remember to rinse before entering the cold tub. Non-compliance will lead to exclusion from our studio, please be mindful of our rules.
