○ For same day appointments please text 267-205-1552

○ No extra guests allowed unless they are being serviced as well.

○ If you must reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 24hrs before your scheduled appointment time. I do not offer refunds. I am very flexible and can move your appointment to whenever works best for you.

○ If you try to reschedule/cancel less than 12hrs of your appointment you will be charged full price.

○ If you no call no show you will still be charged full price for your service.

○ Please arrive to your appointment at the time you've scheduled it. Arriving 5 mins early to your appointment is fine, but 15-25 mins early does not allow me enough time to disinfect the entire studio in between clients.

○ I do not charge a fee for lateness. In the event that you are late to an appointment, your service time will simply be adjusted. For example: If you arrive 10 minutes late for a 60 min service, your facial will then be 50 mins.

○ Please do not use any Exfoliating, Vitamin C or Acne Products. Also no Waxing/Laser/Shaving a week prior to your appointment.
