Bookings: The calendar opens up on the first of every month and displays 3 months in advance. If you do not see anything available it means all available appointments have been taken. Any last minute openings are shared to @lunamar.beautyandbrows Instagram account. Please be sure to follow to be notified of any recent openings.
Please text (909) 892-9409 if you have any questions prior to booking, if you have previous work done by another artist, or if you would like to be added to the waitlist list to be contacted in case there is an opening due to a cancellation.
**IMPORTANT** PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
* I have reviewed, understood, and agree to the appointment policies, including the non-refundable but transferable nature of all deposits. Deposits are applied to your service cost. The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment. Deposits are forfeited if appointment is cancelled/rescheduled within 72 hours of scheduled appointment. A cancellation within 24-hours of scheduled appointment, day of cancellation, no-show, or being late more than 15 minutes will forfeit the deposit as well as receive a charge of 50% of the total service price.
By scheduling an eyebrow permanent makeup appointment, I confirm that:
- I meet the eligibility criteria for permanent makeup and have reviewed the list of individuals ineligible.
- I am fully aware of the pre-visit care and aftercare instructions, and I commit to following both for optimal results.
- If I have previous microbladed or tattooed eyebrows from another artist, I have contacted Vanessa and received approval to proceed with booking. If I book prior to receiving approval I may be turned away at my appointment and charged the full balance of the appointment. (Please note that additional charges may be applicable for corrective or cover-up work, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis)
- I further confirm that I am not under the age of 18, am not pregnant or nursing, have not taken Accutane within the past year, do not have a tendancy to keloid scar, and do not have uncontrolled diabetes. If I have controlled diabetes, an autoimmune disorder, or are required to take antibiotics prior to dental work I will provide a doctor's note for clearance.
- I understand that the initial healing period will last 10-14 days, during which I should avoid prolonged water exposure and direct sunlight (wearing a hat to protect from the sun is acceptable). I will plan my appointment accordingly and refrain from sun-intensive trips or vacations.
