Once you decide, select your appointment type, date and time and make a payment.

Your appointment will be confirmed via email and will include all the details on how to join the session online via ZOOM.

Please Note:

- For international clients, you can book based on your time zone.

- For new clients, please book an Introductory Session.

- If you are unsure what you feel you need, please book into any Introductory Session, and together, we can explore what you need.
