Cancellation and Late Policy
If you cancel within 24 hours, you may reschedule. However, less than a 24-hour notice will result in the charge of the full-service price.
If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be charge 15% of your appointment price and you will not be allowed to reschedule until that is paid.
Deposits and Payment Info
For all permanent makeup services I decided to break it up into payments, I now require a $50 deposit to book the appointment. The remaining amount is due at time of appointment. Six week touchups are no longer included in the price and they will be $100. Example: Microblading is $275 total your deposit is $50 and your touchup is $100 so you owe $125 at the initial appointment.
For piercings I require a a $15 deposit.
For tattoos I require a $25 deposit.
*all deposits are nonrefundable and non-transferable
If you would like to pay your deposit in cash or Venmo please find an available time on here and send me text at 435-979-7000 with your first and last name, then the service, time and date you want to book. I will put you in manually.
