Our initial session together consists of a review of your health history including current and past health issues, your current dietary habits and other lifestyle considerations. Treatment plans may include herbal formulas as well as nutritional and lifestyle suggestions. These sessions are offered online on in-person in our San Anselmo office. One 30-minute follow-up is included in the cost of the Initial Herbal Consultation.

Follow-up visits are recommended and scheduled 2-4 weeks after the initial consultation and then every 4-6 weeks until resolution has been reached or we agree to a different schedule. These visits are 30 minutes in length and are offered online via video chat or in person in our San Anselmo office.
