Through practicing Pilates and yoga you contribute to a happier, more peaceful world. $100 savings on any combination of virtual classes and/or virtual private lessons (both 30 and 55 minutes). Practicing three times a week is optimal for seeing the results you desire (ie., one private and two classes each week). Packages expire within one year of purchase date. A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for private lessons.
