      $900.00

      Package of 10 private sessions. These sessions will use, Pilates, Slings and Yamuna according to your personal needs and goals. We begin with understanding your unique movement life and together create a plan and intention to personalize and achieve these circumstances. In order to create a program and work through a set of goals this package must be used within a 3 month period after the start of the first session. We can work one or two sessions per week depending on availability. This is fantastic option if you are working through an injury, are just getting back to movement or you feel the need to work more deeply into your personal movement experience.
