Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty. For in Home/Hotel service select the Concierge Add-On when you select the test and enter the address for your test service request below.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
CLEAR19 RAPID TESTING LLC offers A 100% REFUND for appointment cancellations done 24 HOURS or more prior to your booked appointment time. Within 24-hours there is a 100% credit of the charge for future testing services which does not expire. Credit can be used for any test type and can be used for a different patient. A new booking will be required and you’re credit will be applied accordingly.

RESCHEDULE POLICY
All service appointment types can be rescheduled with no penalty charge or fee. Rescheduling must occur prior to the appointment. Once the appointment time has lapsed you would need to call Clear19 to reschedule over the phone. 1-866-CLEAR19
