Select preferred date and time. Date and times are tentative until they have entered the period of time 36 hours before time of preferred session. If you book 48 hours before preferred session, please allow 24 hours after booking for confirmation. Session/ Studio Guests
Makeup artists/ hairstylists and /or up to two guests that are not a part of the session are welcomed on set. Photographer is not responsible to supply any additional props or accessories prior to, or during a booking. Proper preparation for the session, i.e. hair, wardrobe, make-up, and specialty props are the sole responsibility of the client.
Squeeze Ins/After Hours
VIP/Squeeze in fee (Bookings made with less than 24 Hours notice) $100.00: This option is dependent on the availability of the photographer and is never guaranteed.
Booking Policy:
At the time of booking, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. If you need to cancel your appointment, the deposit acts as a cancellation fee. Your deposit can be made in the form of a credit card or Cash. The payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all of the Akromah photography policies/terms and conditions.
Adult Presence:
The legal guardian and/ or parent of the subject/ minor shall be in attendance for all communications and events. Failure of the legal guardian and/ or parent to be present shall result in termination for the photographic event and a forfeiture of the retainer.
Rescheduling Policy:
There is a $35 fee associated with rescheduling of any appointment. 100% of the rescheduling fee is due at the time of rescheduling.
Payment Policy:
Sessions must be paid in full before the shoot date or immediately after the shoot via cash, credit card, cash app or Zelle.
Time and arrival:
Please respect my time and yours and arrive on time. There is an additional $25 late fee for clients who are 15 minutes late. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lack of punctuality. If you are late to your session, there is a possibility your session will be canceled or that your time may be cut short. Sessions may be canceled if clients arrive more than 25 minutes after their scheduled appointment.
Image Policy:
Image proofs are returned to client within 1-4 business days from when they are taken. Turnaround time may vary depending on the volume of business experienced at the time images are being edited. Normal turnaround time for edited images is 7-10 business days from when the date the client selects images to be edited.
Akromah Photography reserves the right to decline service to any underage client if the attire is deemed inappropriate for a minor.
