This clinic will provide - Pfizer (for those 12+) and Moderna (18+). Pfizer and Moderna are a two-dose series; those receiving a 1st dose at this clinic will be offered an appointment to return for the 2nd dose. If you are scheduling to receive your 2nd dose, 3rd dose or a booster, please bring your vaccination record card with you to the appointment. Those under the age of 18 must have parent/guardian consent prior to vaccination.
