This clinic will only provide the Pfizer vaccine for children between the ages 6 months and 11 years old. The Pfizer vaccine is a three-dose series; those receiving a 1st dose at this clinic should schedule an appointment 3-4 weeks later to return for the 2nd dose. If you are scheduling a third dose your appointment must be at least 8 weeks later, please bring the child's vaccination record card with you to the appointment. Those under the age of 18 must have parent/guardian consent prior to vaccination.
