Primary Vaccine Doses (1st and 2nd Doses):
To receive your first, second, or third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, you can schedule an appointment or come to our walk in clinic. The Wauwatosa Health Department offers a walk in clinic Monday through Friday, 9:00am- 3:00pm at City Hall (7725 W North Avenue).

If you are eligible for a third dose, you can schedule an appointment to receive either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine. Your third dose should be the same vaccine product as your original 2-dose series. Your third dose should be administered at least 28 days after your second dose.
Individuals with one of the following immunocompromised classifications are eligible for a 3rd dose of the Pfizer or Moderna mRNA vaccine:

All appointments are subject to vaccine allocations, and may be cancelled or rescheduled based on availability. Contact the Public Health Department at 414-479-8939 with questions. Schedule each individual separately, even if you are in the same household
If you must cancel, notify the Health Department immediately. Cancellation or a late arrival may result in losing the opportunity to be vaccinated at this time.
