When you book you have access to our: White Cyclorama, Green Screen Cyclorama, Jail Cell, Executive Office, Light Bulb Hallway, Payphone Brick Wall, Bank Vault, and Hospital Room.

1. Rentals: Full payment is required for 1-hour sessions and is non-refundable. For sessions lasting 2 hours or more, a 50% deposit is required. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your session.
2. Nude/OnlyFans: Nudity is allowed, but no porn is permitted.
3. Arrival: Staff will arrive 5 minutes before your booking. Parking is available between buildings 404 and 405.
4. Timing: Your rental starts and ends at the time you booked. For example, if you booked a 5 PM-8 PM slot, your time starts at 5 PM and you must be wrapped up and out of the studio by 8 PM.
5. Add-Ons: Select the desired sets and add-ons in advance, as last-minute additions may not be available.
6. Restrictions: No smoking, smoke bombs, glitter, or small confetti in the studio.
7. Bands: Drummers MUST bring a drum rug to avoid damage fees.
8. Noise Levels: The warehouse is not soundproofed due to neighboring businesses. The quietest days to record audio are Sundays and in the evenings.
