All New Clients must select an appointment under the new client section.
Please book an appointment for each individual dog. One dog takes up one time slot. If you have multiple dogs you can bring them at the same time at the first appointment.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. All no shows will result in paying a fee before you can prebook with us again. This is to ensure our time is respected. We are appointment only and 90% of our grooms are one on one. All dogs are worked straight through. Our average turn around time is currently 1- 2 hours depending on the size and condition of your dog. We have appointments available every day of the week Sunday-Saturday. Some appointments are not available online and have to be booked over the phone.
