Hip Opener Yoga with Meditation / ONLINE and IN PERSON
Evening session of yin yoga to open up blockages in your hips and back. This gentle yet effective 40 min series will help with mobility, flexibility, relax the nervous system, & release stress. Once we reach savasana you'll be guided through a breathwork and meditation session to impower you to let go of anything that is no longer serving you in your life. The sessions are lead with love & compassion by certified yoga & breath work facilitators Izabela Picco and Ivana Tisler.
