Terms & Conditions of the NYBeauty Suites’ Monthly Photographer Membership:

(Please note, you will be asked to physically sign this agreement in person on your first session)

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between the NYBeauty Suites LLC and you, the CLIENT. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all parties. If any part of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid and enforceable. Any agreement to waive one or more provisions of this agreement or any failure by one or both parties to enforce a provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any other portion or provision of this agreement.

RESERVATION: A signed contract and monthly fee are required to reserve the dates and times of the photography studio. The client will have four days out of the month to reserve the photography studio for a minimum of three hours for each session. If the Photography Studio is rescheduled, postponed, or canceled, or if there is a breach of contract by the CLIENT, the monthly fee is non-refundable. Remaining sessions are not rolled over to the following month, at the start of each month your monthly sessions renew.

PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO SCHEDULE: The client agrees to confirm the schedule one week before scheduling the studio. Notification of any schedule changes must be made in a timely manner, and the Client must obtain confirmation of receipt from NYBeauty Suites.

SAFETY: NYBeauty Suites LLC reserves the right to terminate The CLIENT memberships if there is inappropriate, threatening, hostile, or offensive behavior.

SHOOTING TIME / ADDITIONS: The CLIENT and the COMPANY agree that cooperation and punctuality are essential. The scheduled start time and ends at the scheduled end time. If the CLIENT does not arrive at the appointed time to the studio space, the shooting will commence at the scheduled start time and end at the scheduled end time. All additional time beyond the scheduled end time will be billed to the CLIENT.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: The aforementioned 100% non-refundable monthly is due at the time of signing of the agreement. If the CLIENT fails to remit payment as specified, the COMPANY shall have the right to immediately terminate this agreement with no further obligation and retain any money already paid.

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking or Alcohol
Leave the studio in the condition you found it (a $300 cleaning/damage fee will apply if left in poor condition).
Leave at the end of your booking time; there will be a $100 charge if you stay past your session.
Keep music at reasonable levels. No vulgar or offensive lyrics. (the Bluetooth speaker is to be left at the outlet by the clothing rack)
No pornography is allowed in our studios.
