You will be served Rapeh which is a sacred snuff that is used by Shamans and Indigenous people of the Amazon. Your Rapeh ceremony is followed by an Integration period where you will journal and reflect post-ceremony and is ⁠ ⁠which then leads into a 1-hour Shamanic Breathwork Ceremony.

Like Shamans use plant medicine, we use the breath to process, let go, release, and heal.

Breathwork is an active meditation where we use the breath to reconnect to our physical body and consciousness. When we breathe in ceremony we allow ourselves to process through old wounds, to receive spirit through inspiration, and to release blockages and barriers that may be holding us back.
