A non refundable deposit of 50 CHF is required for a machine service or repair.
Your machine will be sent off to the repair center and a quote will be communicated to you. If you do not want to repair your machine, the deposit of 50 CHF can be deducted towards a purchase of a new Elna sewing machine within 14 days. Service/ repair costs can vary 120- 400 CHF, depending on type of machine.
