All deposits are mandatory & non-refundable!
A deposit is required in order to book your appointment and will go towards your service. If for any reason you cannot make it to your appointment, please notify me a minimum of 24 hours in advance and deposit will be transferred to your next appointment. Wax babes are only allowed to reschedule an appointment once. Deposits are not refundable after first reschedule. If you do not show up to your appointment at all without rescheduling prior you will be charged the full amount of your service.
I do understand things happen and people run behind schedule so I allow a 7 min grace period and anything thereafter will be $1 a min. (5mins $5) After 10mins appointment will be canceled and deposit will not be transferable.
The remaining balance is to be paid in CASH. Cash Only. If you forget to bring cash and have to pay your remaining balance with a credit card or zelle there will be transaction fee.
