45 minute 1:1 Personal Training session aims to strengthen your core muscles whilst helping to improve your postural alignment, flexibility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance.
I will work with you to create your very own customised training programme. Whether your goal is to lose weight, feel more confident in your body, strengthen your core, improve your posture / flexibility / fitness levels, have more energy or prevent injuries, I’m here to motivate and safely guide you along the way.
