PLEASE CALL 24 hours in advance. $20 Deposit goes towards your service, Deposit is non refundable , Valid card is required to be on file in order to book. Cards will not be charged 50% unless you NO CALL/have a NO SHOW or cancel Less than 24 hours. If you have a non valid card and have No show No call this may result in not being able to book future appointments.

Please let us know within 72 hours if you experience any issues with your new lash extensions set to help you at one time curtesy no charge free fix or adjustment. as of after 72 hrs we cannot verify any concerns and may need to pay for a fill since many factors have been already in play such as but not limited to ; weather changing, skin type, activities, hormonal changes, oily products , way of sleep, makeup, hot showers, Medications and more. Please know we have great retention base with clients but things can happen and we try to see how we can help avoid this issue on a curtesy one time adjustment free of charge.
No Children under 5 Years old please. We love our children , but having younger kids can make it difficult for you to enjoy and relax, we have Mommies working here and understand babysitting is not always available! we just ask if brining in any 5+ Years and over to wait in lobby and ensure any sort of entertainment so you can enjoy and relax and have a great service.
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time, if you arrive early please note we may be on break or still with a client. We have a 10 min max late arrival. If you will be 10+ minutes late your appointment May need to be rescheduled depending on our back to back appointments.
