A card on file is required to book for cancellation purposes, and will be used to charge a $50 Non-Refundable Booking Retainer which will be applied towards service total.
You will be asked to save a card on file, and once the appointment is received the card you saved WILL BE CHARGED the booking retainer within a 24-48 hour time frame of booking your appointment.
This booking retainer is non-refundable.

Everyone retains their pigment differently. Touch-ups between 12-24 months are recommended to keep brows fresh and beautiful! Results vary based on individual client, lifestyle and skin type. Results are never guaranteed as it heavily relies on skin type, lifestyle, medications etc.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
YOU ARE NOT A CANDIDATE FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP IF:
- Pregnant or Breastfeeding
- On Accutane (must be off 12 months from end date)
- Chemotherapy or Active Cancer (must be finished with chemotherapy for 6 months)
- Keloid scar (yes, even one!)
- On Blood Thinners
- On Steroids (must be off 4 weeks)
- Must be 18+, no exceptions.
- Hemophilia
- On Immunosuppressants
- History of Psoriasis or Eczema on face (even with no current break out, the service can cause a flare-up)
If you suffer from epilepsy/seizures, have diabetes, high blood pressure, any skin disorders / skin conditions, or any other autoimmune diseases, please e-mail Chelsea prior to booking. A lot of medications interfere with the procedure and healing. Please note, a Doctor will "okay" you for most situations but your artist will know about what medications could interfere with the tattoo procedure, the pigment, retention and overall healing so PLEASE e-mail Chelsea first to confirm she is comfortable with your medications. From there, you will be instructed to consult with your Physician and receive a doctor's note for the service.

If you have had previous work done by another artist, you will book under New Client. Touch-up prices are only for current clients of Chelsea.

1 week prior to appt:
No tinting, waxing, or tweezing brows
2 weeks prior to appt:
No Botox
No fish oil supplements
No tanning (if you are sunburned, please reschedule)
No lash boosting serums
If on an antibiotic, please book 10 days post last pill
4 weeks prior to appt:
No chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, or skincare products anywhere on face containing Retinol or Retin-A
POST CARE - 10 DAYS FOLLOWING APPOINTMENT:
No Sweating
No Direct Sunlight
No Direct Water to face
Please book accordingly and allow healing time before vacations / special events.

COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENTS
It has been announced that it is not recommended to have permanent makeup done in between COVID Vaccinations. If you have already had your first shot, you must wait 14 days after 2nd dose.
If you have been exposed to COVID-19 within 2 weeks of appointment, please wait to schedule.
If you or a member of your household has been diagnosed with COVID, please wait 2 weeks to schedule.
If you are feeling sick, running a fever, have a cough, or any other symptoms of an illness, please reschedule.
