LOCATION
Im Located In 5614 Silver Hill Rd District Heights MD, I Do offer Travel services in the DMV only for any occasion, (Travel fees would be included). The salon # will be sent in your confirmation email, after booking your appointment.
DEPOSITS
Deposits are half your final total and non refundable. For example, if you book “Frontal Wig Install" ($170) after paying the $85 deposit, your final total will be $85.
PAYMENT
ALL payments MUST ONLY be made using a Debit card , Cash App, Credit card, or Cash. no other payments is accepted.. (Unless I canceled the order myself, which will not happen ) All bookings & order deposits are final & non-refundable.
LATE/CANCELATION POLICY
I will always be on Time for your appointments, so Please be considerate of my time and other clients, and communicate if you are traveling to me and if you're more than 10 minutes late to the destination, regardless of parking/traffic, you are considered late and a fee of $15 will be applied to your final total. To prevent this, plan your trip as soon as you get the address. Late appointments after 20 minutes will be canceled.Same day cancelations with out communication cannot be rescheduled and you will get charged for the full service if it is a no show. Deposits are also non refundable. Unfortunately You will have to book a new appointment or risk not being able to book with me again.EXTRA PEOPLE

HAIR DROP OFF
- For wig installs it is Mandatory that your wig is dropped off to the salon location at least 2 days before your appointment. Failure to do so , without open communication with Courtney, will possibly lead to cancellation.
- During your appointment I will talk you through (In detail), how to properly maintain your Hair for it to last up between 2-4 weeks!
- +$45 Fee for Squeeze ins or last Minute/RUSH order.
- Please leave your hair in a bag with your name in it. This is very important, i will meet you at the address provided.
- APPOINTMENT PREP
- It is okay to reschedule if you are feeling ILL.
- For faster results Please come with your hair FRESHLY washed and blow dried and combed through.
- If you would like for your hair to be washed & blow dried please add it to your appointment, it is an option !
- For the best results please make sure your lace is transparent or HD lace. No dark brown or grey lace.
- I also provide Too Quality 12A Grade, Hd Lace custom made wigs that you can purchase HERE! With transparent & HD lace options (+613 hair)
- YES I DO work over other stylist work. Lace must be clean, no glue on lace, bald spots, or dye marks.
- NO SAME DAY INSTALLS UNLESS I PROVIDE THE WIG
- If you choose to not pay for the remaining balance of your custom wig order. You will not get your deposit back and the wig will be re -sold.
- I take my time for the best results and great work can’t be rushed please set proper time aside for your ap.
- PLEASE BOOK CUSTOM ORDERS AT LEAST 10 DAYS AHEAD FOR WIG ORDERS.
