We will introduce ourselves over tea, followed by a calming meditation. Next we will discuss the history of using smoke to clear energy & bring about balance & healing. We will also discuss the cultural appropriation of 'smudging'. I will demonstrate how to make and use a herb bundle, after we share morning tea we will wander into my garden where you will be able to choose and pick your own herbs to make your own bundle to take home and dry

Reiki One is a 2 day course that lays the foundation for your Reiki journey. You will learn the basics and history of Jin Kei Do Reiki and how to start channeling energy through your hands after an attunement. This includes a self-treatment and basic treatments on others.

The 3rd day is to touch base on your integration & experiences & we set that date together.

Reiki 1 manual, certificate on completion and tea provided
