Rates:
Consultation and Standard Service: $175/hr
Expedited/Rush Service: $225/hr (Contact via email for availability)

Assess and Adjust - $175Your Bike's First Step to Peak Performance.
Discover the quality and care of Cutlass Velo with our introductory service. We'll fine-tune your bike's essential functions – braking, shifting, bearings, and checking your fork steerer – ensuring immediate improvements in safety and performance. This hands-on assessment also allows us to determine if a deeper Mechanical Evaluation would be beneficial for your riding needs. We're here to help you get the most out of every ride.
Mechanical Evaluation - $275
Compehensive, transparent, and educational. A more thorough evaluation of your equipment than our Assess and Adjust service. It is a great investment to learn more about your bicycle and the service we will perform. We will provide clear and honest service recommendations without pressure to upsell or misdirect you. Our evaluation can also be used as a standalone service for inspection on used bike purchases or insurance claims.
Current Client Service Options:
Mechanical Evaluation - $275
A La Carte Service - 30 minute minimum
Our Policies:
Work Acceptance: We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion while providing an alternative solution.
Scheduling: Bikes are scheduled for service one at a time to ensure quality and focus. Please do not bring multiple bikes to your dropoff unless you have booked separate times for both.
Late Cancelations & No-Shows: A $25 fee will be assessed for no call/no show or same day cancelations.
Please Note:
Cutlass Velo does not currently service scooters, e-bikes, cargo bikes, motorized bikes, or bikes from department stores or similar retailers.
