Terms and Conditions for Noctua Diem Recovery and Wellness Gift Certificates

The Noctua Diem Recovery and Wellness Gift Certificate (hereinafter referred to as "Gift Certificate ") is issued by Noctua Diem Recovery and Wellness (hereinafter referred to as "Noctua Diem").
Redemption: The Gift Certificate can be redeemed for products or services offered by Noctua Diem at its physical location. The Gift Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift cards. Noctua Diem is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Certificates, or any unauthorized use.
Expiry Date: The Gift Certificate is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiry date, the Gift Certificate will be considered null and void, and any remaining balance will be forfeited
Non-Transferable: The Gift Certificate is non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient. Resale or transfer of the Gift Certificate for financial gain is strictly prohibited.
Balance Inquiry: To inquire about the remaining balance on the Gift Certificate, the certificate recipient may visit Noctua Diem's physical location or contact (929) 397-9070.
Refunds: Gift Certificate purchases are final and non-refundable. Noctua Diem reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at its discretion.
Lost or Stolen Certificates: Noctua Diem is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Certificates. It is the certificate recipient’s responsibility to treat the Gift Certificate like cash.
Modification of Terms: Noctua Diem reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New York (USA) without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing, redeeming, or attempting to redeem a Gift Certificate, the certificate recipient accepts and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Noctua Diem Recovery and Wellness Valentine's Day Appreciation Sale

Exclusive Use: This massages is for exclusive for use with John Vega, LMT. Sessions cannot be shared or used by any other individual, even among household members. However, the packages can be purchased as a gift for someone else, but use is limited to one person.
Non-Refundable: The package is non-refundable. Once purchased, there will be no refunds or exchanges.
Expiration: The package expires one year from the date of purchase. The session must be utilized within this timeframe; an unused session will be forfeited after the expiration date.
Appointment Scheduling: All massage sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to John Vega's availability. It is the responsibility of the certificate holder to coordinate and schedule appointments within the designated timeframe.
Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
Late Arrival: Late arrival may result in a shortened session, as sessions will end at the scheduled time to accommodate other appointments.
Wellness Assessment: Prior to the first session, clients are encouraged to communicate any health concerns, preferences, or specific needs to ensure a tailored and effective massage experience.
Exclusive Use: This package purchase and use cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.
Final Sale: Package purchases are final sale; no refunds or exchanges allowed.
One Certificate Limit: Certificates are limited to one per purchaser or recipient.
Appointment Confirmation: Appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of the scheduled treatment. Unconfirmed appointments are subject to cancellation and/or forfeiture of the session at the discretion of the therapist.
Booking Deposit: A booking deposit is required and will be taken at the time of confirmation, within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
Changes within 24 Hours: Appointment changes are not allowed within 24 hours of the scheduled treatment.
Late Arrival Policy: Clients who arrive late for a scheduled appointment may have their session time reduced or forfeited at the discretion of the therapist.
No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show will have their deposit and session forfeited.

By purchasing and utilizing this package, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
