Sign up to my upcoming virtual, group classes and workshops through the menu below! After you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link.

If you are signing up for yoga practice, please click here to read and sign a release form at least 1 hour before class begins to be let into the Zoom room. You only need to do this once to practice with me. If you have previously filled out this form, then you're all set!

Private Bookings

In order to provide you with my best energy and presence, I have a limited number of time slots for private classes and workshops each quarter for individuals, groups, and organizations - contact me to discuss your request.

Equity Pricing

I understand that we currently live with economic inequity, and I offer pay-what-you can options. The base rates listed are my living wage. More or less will be received with grace. If you have financial security and want to co-create a thriving wage culture, you can add on any amount at checkout. If your current circumstances require a reduced amount or you cannot afford any amount, you can contact me to discuss alternative payment options or resource exchanges. Rates may change in the coming months as I fine tune to your needs and mine.
