1. When to book the appointment?
For rentals of wedding dresses, we recommend that that you book an appointment after you've confirmed your wedding venue and dates. Your appointment should be booked within 12 months of the confirmed date. This is because there're often just 1 dress per rental sample, and that collections are updated periodically. For that reason, we couldn't check on any availability without your wedding date or that the dress may not be available anymore.

For purchase of wedding dresses, we recommend that you book an appointment 10 - 12 months ahead of your wedding date. Most international designers are working with a 6+ months lead time for dress productions. For shipping and alterations to be done in time, we recommend 10 months. If your wedding falls within 10 months, please let our team know and we could check on rush options.

2. Bespoke wedding/evening dress:
For bespoke services, please drop us a text (8894 5366) with your ideas prior to making an appointment as our designer will be coming in on certain days only. For a fruitful discussion, it'd be good for our designer to first understand what you're looking for.

3. Number of guest to bring:
We recommend bringing 2 - 3 guests at the maximum.


4. Photo taking:
Photography is not allowed in the store as store policy. Our consultant will help you with photo taking using our store devices, and go through with you on the images post appointment. We also allow for in-store video call to your love ones. Simply let our consultants know about your plans to make a call, and we'd hold your camera or phone for you.

4. Appointment for multiple brides:
We aim to provide a relaxed and chill experience to all our brides, with our consultants paying full attention to 1 bride at a time only. For that reason, we are unable to accommodate multiple bridal appointments. Show some love for our consultants by allowing them to take a breather in between! We recommend that each bride book an unique slot on different dates.
