General Guidelines
Arrival Time: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a $15 late fee and shortened service. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be canceled with no exceptions. Contact me if you anticipate being late.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows will not receive a refund and cannot rebook. If I am unable to provide the service, a full refund will be issued.
Clean Face: Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. Skincare products will be applied as needed.
Comfort and Privacy: My base location is designed for comfort and privacy. Please communicate any specific needs.
Guests: No additional guests unless arranged in advance to maintain a calm environment.
Personal Items: Keep personal items to a minimum. A designated area will be provided.
Health and Safety
Allergies: Inform me of any allergies or sensitivities ahead of time. I will do my best to accommodate.
Hygiene: I adhere to strict hygiene standards, sanitizing all tools and products before and after use.
COVID-19 Protocol: If you are unwell or have been exposed to COVID-19, please reschedule. I follow strict hygiene protocols.
Payment and Gratuity
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total service cost is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Final Payment: Payment is due upon completion. Accepted methods include Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and cash.
Gratuity: Gratuity is appreciated if you are satisfied with the service.
Travel Makeup Appointment Policy
Booking and Travel: It is highly recommended to book at least 5 days in advance.
Travel Fees: A travel fee will be applied for appointments outside of my base location. This fee will vary depending on the distance and travel time. This fee will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process.
Out-of-State Appointments: For out-of-state bookings, travel and accommodation costs will be covered by the client. A minimum of Half-Day Rate fee will apply. Book at least 4 weeks in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
On-Site Setup: Please provide a clean, well-lit area, a comfortable chair, and a nearby power source. Minimize distractions and limit guests to maintain focus.
Day Rate Policy
Full-Day Rate: $1,150 covers up to 8 hours. Extended hours are $50 per hour. For bookings over 5 hours, a 30-minute break and meal should be provided.
Half-Day Rate: $600 covers up to 5 hours. Extended hours are $50 per hour. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
