Rescheduling of a private Reading or session is allowed 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, otherwise no refund will be granted and there will not be an opportunity to reschedule for the purchase.

No refunds will be granted for cancelled appointments. Please do not book and pay for an appointment if you do NOT intend to keep it. Not being available for a scheduled appointment forfeits the appointment. No refund will be given.
