Cancellation Policy: We want you to have a great experience at DRIP Chattanooga. We can only give you that experience if you show up for your scheduled appointment!

Please understand that a no call/no show takes an appointment away from someone who really wanted to come in and enjoy the exceptional care that goes into a visit at DRIP Chattanooga!
Please give a 24-hour notice in order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations less than 24 hours but greater than 12 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of the cost of appointment. This includes half of the cost of the appointment and a restocking fee. Any cancellations less than 12 hours will not receive a refund.
