DEPOSITS: Customers will be requested a $25 deposit to reserve. Deposits are non refundable if canceling within 24 hours of your appointment date. However, can be used to reschedule and can be used towards the service payment. Please note that if no deposit is paid, your appointment is not reserved.

NO SHOWS: Failure to arrive to appointment without prior notification, may result in the card on file being charged the remaining balance of the service, without refund.

RESCHEDULES/CANCELLATIONS: After 3 consecutive cancellations or requests for reschedule, your appointment is subject to cancellation at our discretion. Without refund of deposit.

TIPS: If you've enjoyed your visit with us, please let us know by leaving a tip of any amount you feel is appropriate. These are greatly appreciated!

TARDINESS: In the case that you may be late for your appointment, please advise us as soon as possible! We need this time to be able to make any necessary changes to appointments scheduled after. You may be asked to reschedule or your appointment may be cancelled at our discretion. Deposits may not be refunded.
