BOOKING POLICY
A booking deposit will be required at the time of booking, for all appointments. This deposit is non-refundable, but will be credited towards the appointment.
*If, for any reason, you need to cancel, reschedule or modify your appointment please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
*Canceling, rescheduling or modifying your appointment with less than a 24 hour notice, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*Same day cancellations and no- show appointments may result in 100% charge of all services booked.
*You may reschedule your appointment up to 3 times. If you reschedule your appointment a 4th time, that appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. A new appointment and deposit will be required. NO EXCEPTIONS.
It is very important that you arrive early or on time. If you feel that you will arrive after your appointment time, please call. AS A COURTESY, you may be given an additional 5 minutes to arrive. After that time, a $20 fee will be assessed and added to the appointment balance. After 10 minutes have passed, the appointment will be cancelled and the fee will be due in order to book future appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS.
***Courtesy time DOES NOT APPLY to appointment 15 minutes or less in duration.
*** Booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Meaning, if an appointment is cancelled, the deposit IS NOT refundable and DOES NOT automatically transfer to a new booking and cannot be used toward product purchase.
*** All requests to reschedule an appointment MUST be approved.
