At Serenity Hair and Spa, we specialize in natural hair care, relaxed hair and color treated hair. Please read our policies before booking your appointment.

Consultations are required before any color service for NEW clients
All clients, new and returning, are required to secure all appointments with a credit card or a deposit. Deposits will then be used toward your total appointment fee.
Please note that you must first select a style then you are able to add on additional services.
All deposit are non refundable and non transferable. You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment time and welcome to reschedule for a future date. Clients who cancel appointments in less than 24 hours will lose their deposits and receive a charge worth 25% of the service cost. If you are a no-show you will be charged the full price of the service and you will not be able to book future services online — no exceptions.
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please refer to your original confirmation email for the appointment to change appointment. Click 'Change/Cancel Appointment' on the bottom of the email.
There are no refunds on payments for services received in salon, fees assessed for violation of our scheduling policy, or for any deposits made. If you are unsatisfied with your service and notify us within days, we will make every effort to find a solution to achieve your specific needs.
We ask that you do not bring any guests to your appointment. This includes significant others, children, family members and friends.
We accept both cash, debit and credit cards, Cash App, Apple Pay and Android Pay.
There is a 4% service fee for using debit/ credit cards, Cash App, Apple Pay or Android Pay.
We service children ages 11 and up. Please schedule appointments under the child's name. If you schedule for a child younger than 11,the appointment will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund. Parents can leave the child for their appointment.
