All deposits are non-refundable. One notice of a need to reschedule will not incur a separate deposit and your deposit will be moved to the rescheduled date. Multiple reschedules may require another deposit.

I work at Crow’s Nest Tattoo Studio which is an open floor plan that multiple artists share and there is no privacy: If the nature of placement you want for your tattoo needs privacy, you need to let me know beforehand so I can accommodate you. If you’d like a more private experience, I can book you during times when other artists aren’t usually there or use a private side room, but I need advanced notice to be prepared for you.
Not wheelchair accessible: The studio is on the 2nd floor and only accessed by 1 flight of stairs.
For Cosmetic Tattooing (Face: Eyeliner & Brows):
- You can not have false eyelashes or contacts in for eyeliner appts.
- I am not always able to take corrective work (fix work you're unhappy with) from another place. In most cases, you will likely need removal not more tattooing. Please email first, send pics, and tell me about them and what you're hoping for before booking. I want to make sure I can realistically assist you in your beauty goals.
- If you don’t need corrective work but want a touch up from work that isn't mine, please email me a picture first before booking: lisa@lisadollart.com
- Any facial asymmetries that you have due to drooping muscle anatomy, lax skin, aging and genetics in general can NOT be altered with permanent makeup tattooing. Any anatomical asymmetries you came in with, you will still have after. I am only enhancing the face you already have with color and definition. Permanent Makeup is not plastic surgery or botox. Everyone has natural asymmetries to their face and it's 100% normal!
- Your consult will be done at the beginning of your appointment to discuss your beauty goals, designing, and have a clear plan laid out for you to confirm before any tattooing starts. If you'd like to come in separately for a free consult before booking, email me to schedule.
- Permanent Makeup is done in 2 sessions. A follow up will be scheduled about 3-4 weeks after your initial appointment to yield the best results.
