Sacred Sound Elements offers a Spiritual Sound Practice that facilitates deepening your connection with Soul, and co-creation with Spirit, in a safe, contained, sacred space. Sound helps us to explore and understand our own humanity; unity consciousness, interconnectedness with nature, heart-centred presence, our spirituality and connection to the Divine. What drives our emotions, habits, rituals, cognition, behaviours, needs, values and beliefs?
Working with energy and Spirit of Sound we can engage in healing, transformation, mindfulness, embodiment, relaxation, connection, journeying, ritual, devotion, and so much more. By engaging in this work, you are ready to take responsibility for your physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual health and well-being and trust in your own ability to heal. You are ready to make the shift towards embodied presence, merging and dancing in unison with energies surrounding you.
Sacred Sound Elements provides you with tools, practices and space to come within and safely surrender to the energy flow between Sound, Spirit and Soul.

Sacred Sound Elements offers non-medical, therapeutic sound modalities and recommends this work to be done in conjunction with mental health professionals and medical practitioners, such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, that understand the energetic body.
During this time of instability for live music and events, all sessions have moved to an online space with private sessions being conducted by distance. Sacred Sound Elements works with Spatial Sound delivery of these sessions, and requires you to engage with live streams and recordings with headphones on to get the most out of our time together. All offerings shall display any system requirements within the details of their individual listings, and detailed instructions shall be made available for you to access your session with ease. Biofield Tuning and Spiritual Sound Practice is well suited to distance healing due to the multidimensional energetic and spiritual way that the modality works. It is not necessary to receive the physical vibrations on your body to receive the benefit of the intention guiding our sessions together. Amy is trained and mentored in energetic sacred space containment for online and distance delivery of all services offered.
