BOOKING POLICY
PLEASE be sure to read our Booking Policy below as it has been recently update.
We love and value your business with us, please note these policies are meant to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
DEPOSIT
Please note A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to complete your Bookings.
The remaining balance of your hair is Due in cash or e-transfer immediately after your hair has been completed with 13% HST.
Please note your deposit cannot be used to redeem products if you cancel or don’t show
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING
Appointments can only be Rescheduled by Admin manually. You loose 60% of your deposit when rescheduled. A minimum of 3 days notice is required in order for your remaining deposit to be used for a future appointment. If you cancel your appointment by yourself or didn’t show up, you will have to pay a new deposit in order to book again.
You can only re-use your deposit ONCE to rebook within 30days of your initial booking.
Cancellation and Rescheduling are not available at Peak seasons. I.e, November, December, June, July, Sept.
HAIR EXTENSIONS
We have the best braiding hair available for sale. An additional $10+ per pack will be charged if you come with hair that requires cutting, stretching, and brushing i.e ultra-braid. I stand the right to reject any brand that will not give the desired result for the service
HAIR PREPARATION
PLEASE COME WITH FRESHLY WASHED HAIR, stretched or properly blown out from the root to the end for a neat and long-lasting hairstyle. $20 extra will be charged to do it if it's not properly done. You can add this to your services while booking.
- Be sure your hair is free of any product, as your hair and scalp will be moisturized after your appointment.
- You’ll be charged to wash and blow out your hair if you come with oily hair.
- Don't get your hair TRIMMED before your appointment.
- If your hair is not clean, I will refuse to serve you, your appointment will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.
- Your hair should be at least 5 inches long all around for most hairstyles.
- If you have any hair loss or your edges are very damaged, you have to consult with me via phone call on (+15879662280) before booking
DURATION
Please be aware that your hairstyle may take longer than expected. Do not schedule your appointment on a day when you have other important commitments. Boho-Braids with human hair, small size braids, and waist / bum length may take 2-5 hours longer than the estimated time on average.
CHANGE OF STYLE
Please note you may not be allowed to change your appointment once booked except for style of same value and estimated duration
- Prices are NON-NEGOTIABLE
- If you're unable to reach me prior to your appointment, please ask me any question(s) you might have before we start your appointment.
- Please feel free to ask me the total for your appointment before we start especially if you're working on a budget
- Please DO NOT book your appointment to start from 4pm downwards. Even if it shows as available kindly Contact me first to confirm availability for late evening appointments.
- Please No additional guests allowed (this includes family members and friends)
- Free wi-fi available
- No refund or price adjustment will be done after service has been completed
- No pets/ no smoking / no drinking is permitted
- No excessive noise. Please come with your earphones for personal entertainment
- Emergency/ Squeeze In/ Day Off Appointment Available For $50 Upcharge
- If you selected "Using human hair" adds on, please note this is not the price for the human hair you're using. its simply the extra fee for the extra work required
