In-Person Order Writing Appointment - Minneapolis Spring Markets - March 7-11 & April 13-15, 2025

Step 1: Choose the market you would like to attend & the appointment type that you would like to schedule. Please note: In order to simplify the booking experience, the "All Markets" options for In-Person and Zoom meetings will be discontinued, effective February 3, 2022. Please choose the specific market/appointment type (i.e. Zoom Meeting Order Writing Appointment - Las Vegas Market, etc.)
Step 2: Choose the appropriate time zone
- Norfolk/Atlanta/Philadephia* = Eastern
- Minneapolis* = Central
- Las Vegas* = Pacific
- Zoom Appointment = Your LOCAL time zone
Then click "Set Time Zone"
Step 3: Choose your appointment date and time
*Please note that all in-person appointments are booked and take place in the show's local time zone, which may differ from the time zone in which you reside. I.e. Appointments booked at 11 a.m. for the Norfolk/Atlanta/Philadelphia shows take place at 11 a.m. Eastern Time (10 a.m. Central, 9 a.m. Mountain, 8 a.m. Pacific), appointments booked at 11 a.m. for the Las Vegas show take place at 11 a.m. Pacific Time (12 p.m. Mountain, 1 p.m. Central, 2 p.m. Eastern), etc. Zoom meetings should be booked in your local time zone. Please mark your calendars accordingly!
Step 4: Enter your information and complete the brief appointment notes questionnaire. When entering your phone number, please enter the best CELL PHONE number at which to reach you.
Step 5: Click "Complete Appointment"
Step 6: Confirmation page - you will also receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and reminder emails prior to your appointment.
