Building strong, reliable behaviours takes time. So often we hear "but they do it perfectly at home". Why is that?

When we start to teach our dogs new cue's such as sit, stay e.t.c, we only practice them only low distraction areas. Then we try them outside where there are hundreds of distractions and reinforcements to compete with. This makes it extremely hard for our dogs to learn.

In this package we will teach you how to build strong behaviours in everyday situations.
How to read and understand your dogs cues.
Understand how the environment affects learning and cues behaviours.
How to use the environment to cue desirable behaviours.
Marker training and how to affectively use it.
Brush up on the basics, sit, stay, drop, wait, leave it, recall.
Build strong engagement from your dog.

This package includes an initial 2 hour session and 3, 1 hour follow ups.
You will receive a write up after your initial session outlining your exercises, you will also receive a workbook to fill out your homework each week.
Ongoing support between sessions.

The early learning in a puppies life is crucial to how they respond to the world later in life. Knowing how to create environments and experiences that will build confidence and resilience in your puppy.
Puppy training is not about obedience, it is about understanding your puppy and their personality, how they learn, what motivates them as well as what their needs are physically, mentally and emotionally.
This is what is focused on in one on one sessions as well as building a strong relationship and bond between you and your puppy.

What we will cover:

* Foundation learning and building confidence and curiosity.
* Sleep set up and daily management.
* Knowing who your puppy is.
* Basic behaviours.
*Nutrition, mental and physical health needs of your puppy.
* Understanding the signal of anxiety and how to work with it.
* Preventing separation anxiety.
* Toilet training and puppy mouthing.

Travel fees are not included in the package price.

Have you noticed your dog displaying reactive or aggressive behaviour toward people or dogs? Do you avoid walking your dog at normal hours, or avoid having people over? Then this package is for you.

Reactivity and aggression are behaviours that are used by dogs when they are fearful, frustrated or anxious.
What you will learn in this package is:

* Understanding your dogs behaviour and how to work with them.
* How to identify the signals your dog displays before the aggression happens.
* Understanding what your dogs needs are in all context and how to facilitate.
* Learn when to train and when to manage your dog.
* Learn how to work with your dog to see behaviour change.
* Learn how to change your dogs behaviour affectively.
* Learn how to build a strong relationship and trust with your dog.
* Leash handling skills.
* What to do when "S--t" happens.

What is included:

1 Initial consult in your home. With written notes.

2 one hour follow ups and 6 hour follow ups.

Ongoing support and check ins.

During the sessions it is important that they are done safely, making sure the mental and emotional needs of both you and your dog are being met. There will be controlled set ups so that you can learn what to do with your dog rather than throwing you out in the wild.
These behaviours can take time to work with as you are changing your dogs emotional response. You want to see learning happening.
NB: Sessions do Not include travel fees, if you are out of the 10km radius).

Separation anxiety or separation distress is a common issue many families struggle to deal with. Separation anxiety can take time to work with as it is a problem you need to address each day.

When working with us in this package you will receive a written plan, this will help guide you through your progress. Ongoing support through messages and video check ups.
It is important you have a capability of videoing your dog when left alone, this helps us gage how well, or not, the training plan is working. As separation anxiety is an issue that happens when people are not in the home, the follow up sessions will be done via Zoom.

* 2 x 1 hour video follow ups.
* 4 x 30 minute video follow up sessions.
