The Asana practice supports our day-to-day wellbeing and it looks different for everyone based on needs, desires, lifestyle, time constraints, etc. This initial discussion is the most important part! We'll go over what you want from a daily practice (intentions) and how much time you are able to commit to a daily practice. We'll connect and see if working together resonates, review your paperwork, discuss your intentions/desires from an asana practice, and how much time you are able to commit.

Sadhana=Daily Practice. A daily practice supports our day-to-day wellbeing and it looks different for everyone based on needs, desires, lifestyle, time constraints, etc. In this initial discussion, we'll connect, go over what you want from a daily practice (intentions), what you want included in the daily practice (asana, pranayama, mudra, mantra, journaling, chakra work, meditation, etc), and how much time you are able to commit to a daily practice.

After our initial consultation, we'll discuss and practice the Sadhana together, check-in about an existing practice we have developed, and if appropriate discuss shifting the daily routine as you grow, change, etc. I recommend doing the Sadhana for 40 days in order to really see change in your life. After that, we can either continue with that routine or shift it to accommodate the changes that have taken place.
