All virtual appointments are required to be paid in full at the time of booking (whether booked online or by calling the shop). Please be advised that there is a processing fee of $20 should you cancel the appointment.
All in person appointments require a non-refundable $25.00 deposit.
Rescheduling: We understand that sometimes things do happen, if you need to reschedule and need help in doing so, please contact the shop. Appointments will only be rescheduled up to 2x before losing your deposit or processing fee being applied.
Booking our classes:*
