Deep Tissue 90mins - w/Tee LMT

Deep Tissue massage focus on a specific problem, usually something along the lines of chronic muscle pain, limited mobility, tennis elbow, etc. Your therapist will start with light to medium pressure to warm up tissue applying firm to deep pressure and slow sustained strokes to massage deep layers of muscle. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue. Deep tissue massage offers both physical and psychological benefits.
