Welcome to the booking system for in studio classes with me, in my Yoga Studio at 6 Browallia Place, Port Macquarie.

All props are provided, however you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Single class or Package of 5 classes available (for use at any class).

Class size is limited to 10 people.

Yoga Class All Levels

1 hour 30 minutes @ A$25.00

These classes are suitable to all levels of practice.
Each class includes Pranayama (breath work), Asana (postures) and Savasana (Relaxation). Modifications are offered to accommodate everyone.

MENS Yoga Class

1 hour 15 minutes @ A$25.00

Yoga Class GENTLE

1 hour 30 minutes @ A$25.00

This class is designed for students with limitations, those who require slower pace and / or rehabilitation from injury. Modifications and props are offered to accommodate everyone attending. Suitable for beginners also.

Early Morning Yoga

1 hour 15 minutes @ A$25.00

Early morning yoga to stretch, enliven and strengthen the body and mind for the day ahead.

Private Yoga Therapy

1 hour 15 minutes @ A$120.00

One on one class focusing on exactly what your mind and body need on the day. This can include anything from rehabilitation from injury or surgery, strengthening the body, quietening the mind, breath work, relaxation. My aim to is meet you where you are on the day.
