This complimentary 20 minute coaching session is your opportunity to explore your desires and possible challenges that stand in your way of achieving your health, wellbeing and life goals.
You will take an active role in this discussion as we guide you to uncover where you are today and most importantly where you would like to be.
You will walk away from this session with an idea of the path you need to take as well as deciding whether we are the coaches to help you achieve it.

Half day coaching session
Natalie and Lisa offer this half day coaching session as an option to deep diving into your greatest desires around living your best life. We can coach and support you on a myriad of areas but we educate you in understanding how all the different areas support the whole you, in health, wellbeing, life and career.
You will walk away from this session with a clear path towards your goal, strategies and an education tool kit to help you continue your journey outside this session.

ONLINE: Journaling for your Mind, Body and Soul
ONLINE Meditation for Lifestyle session, Wednesday 8pm
These weekly meditation sessions focus on introducing you to meditation as a lifestyle practise for greater health and vitality, mindful awareness and deeper connection to self and others. These meditations will elevate your focus and energy and lift your mind, heart and body.
ONLINE Introduction to YOGA, Thursday 7pm
The primary focus of this session is to introduce curious minds to yoga.
You will learn the basics of yoga from breath work, postures and connection to your mind.
ONLINE Slow Flow YOGA class, Wednesday 7pm
The evening practice focuses on calming and rejuvenating your energy after a full day. The focus of this session is focused on creating harmony in the body and mind through flowing movement and mindful awareness. You will move through this session with gratitude and groundedness as you prepare for slumber.
