The Insurance Council of Australia and insurers will be available in-person during February and March to assist customers affected by the February 2022 floods.
The consultations provide customers with the opportunity to discuss the progress of their claim, and to work through any outstanding issues with their insurer.
Queensland
- Brisbane North: Monday 20 February — Geebung RSL from 12pm to 8pm
- Sunshine Coast: Tuesday 21 February — Maroochy RSL from 12pm to 8pm
- Caboolture: Wednesday 22 February — Sports Centre Caboolture from 12pm to 8pm
- Brisbane South: Thursday 23 February — Coorparoo RSL from 12pm to 8pm
New South Wales
- Lismore: Monday 6 March — Lismore Workers Sports Club from 12pm to 8pm
- Mullumbimby: Tuesday 7 March — Mullumbimby Golf Club from 12pm to 8pm
- Casino: Wednesday 8 March — Casino Civic Hall from 12pm to 8pm
- Ballina: Thursday 9 March — Ballina RSL from 12pm to 8pm
