Boring but important rules & regs, please read: Classes can be booked, canceled or rescheduled no later than 2hrs prior to its starting time online only. Group classes must have 2 or more attendees to happen, if not, class will be canceled 1hr prior with notification via call, text and/or email. Only in this situation will your class be credited to your account and the expiration extended by a week, otherwise, all classes expire 30 days from your purchase date and there are NO extensions or transfers for expired classes. By purchasing a class you acknowledge Laci, Learn with Laci, and affiliates are not liable for injuries up to and including death (though it's VERY unlikely either will happen, legal shmegal, you know?). Pole and Yoga Trapeze max weight capacity is ~250lbs. These strict guidelines truly allow me to serve you best. Please remember your water, and a mat (for yoga and fitness classes). Address given in booking receipt. Now, with that out of the way, let's have some fun!______________________________________What do I wear / bring?Pole: Wear comfortable fitted clothing. Shorts with a tank or sports bra preferred. Avoid lotions and oils the day of class. No socks, shoes or jewerly. Bring water and small sweat towel.Movement classes: Wear comfortable fitted clothing. No shoes. Socks optional. Bring your water, and mat for yoga or fitness classes. For dance classes or private Chair Dance parties, comfortable to full-out sassy attire welcomed. Please bring your water.
