This one hour FACE TO FACE initial appointment is for us to get to know each other better before commencing any hypnotherapy, EFT, NLP, EMT or other talking therapy work. It will mainly involve me asking you questions and reflecting on your past experience and your goals for therapy. N.B This appointment can also be carried out over ZOOM (please see separate listing) .

This appointment is for a 60 minute talking therapy session (hypnotherapy, EFT, NLP, IEMT etc) for on-going clients (i.e you must start by booking an initial one hour appointment). At each appointment I will advise you whether I think you would benefit from a further session and whether that needs to be a 60 minute or 90 minute one.
